1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and elyucasino ("elyucasino," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the elyucasino website located at elyucasino.club and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the elyucasino Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the elyucasino Platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the elyucasino Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Republic of the Philippines as prescribed under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of elyucasino or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the elyucasino Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect.

elyucasino reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by elyucasino may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the elyucasino Platform commits a serious breach of this Agreement. elyucasino will void all winnings generated by underage players and will report such incidents to the relevant regulatory authorities where required by law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the elyucasino Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) elyucasino account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. elyucasino is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your elyucasino login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. elyucasino will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Unauthorized Access. You must notify elyucasino immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. elyucasino will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• Account Closure. elyucasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the elyucasino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods. elyucasino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits using credit cards for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on the elyucasino Platform.
• Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your elyucasino account dashboard and are subject to change. elyucasino will provide reasonable notice of any changes to minimum transaction thresholds.
• Withdrawal Processing. elyucasino aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirements. elyucasino may require identity and payment method verification before processing withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for deposits, except where expressly permitted by elyucasino.
• Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. elyucasino reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available upon request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

elyucasino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. elyucasino reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• elyucasino reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, collusion, or the use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the elyucasino Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to this Agreement.

• elyucasino uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, elyucasino will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, elyucasino reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account.
• elyucasino's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute. Players who believe a game outcome is incorrect must contact elyucasino support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the elyucasino Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one elyucasino account;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the elyucasino Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing elyucasino staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

elyucasino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of this Agreement:

• elyucasino provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.
• Players who wish to self-exclude from the elyucasino Platform may do so by contacting elyucasino support or using the self-exclusion feature in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period selected by the player.
• elyucasino will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to access the Platform during the self-exclusion period. However, it is the player's responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the elyucasino Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of elyucasino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the elyucasino Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the elyucasino Platform without the prior written consent of elyucasino.
• The elyucasino name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of elyucasino. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to use these marks without express written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, elyucasino's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your elyucasino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• elyucasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• elyucasino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits elyucasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

elyucasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the elyucasino Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

elyucasino implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and elyucasino cannot guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to review the full Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

12 Amendments

elyucasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, elyucasino will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the elyucasino Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through elyucasino's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

elyucasino operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
